Refunds
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Products must be returned within 14 working days of purchasing the product. All returned products must be returned with their original packaging and MUST BE UNUSED.
IN-STORE NOTICE: IF YOU TRY AND WEAR OUR PRODUCTS IN-STORE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND
Products returned outside of the 14 days returns period will not be refunded.
PRODUCTS UNDER £20.00 WILL BE NOT REFUNDED (AT OUR DISCRETION).
SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ONLY EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
Faulty Products
If a product develops a fault, please follow the instructions below:
- Email images and description of the fault with your order number and contact torpexsports@gmail.com and one of our customer service team members will pick up your email and will explain the next steps.
- If the fault of the product is agreed to be a manufacturers error, the returns postage will be covered by Torpex Sports.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched, the returns postage is to be covered by the Customer. If the customer wants to return the item for a refund, the postage fee will not be refunded.
